EmpowerHER Network is a vibrant network of growing women entrepreneurs, born within the Erasmus+ project EmpowerHER Rural Business. The community brings together almost 50 extraordinary women from rural Transylvania, connected by the desire to create, grow, and support each other. And their number is continuously growing!
It all started in Ampoița, at VIE HUB – Village Community Space, where a vibrant tapestry of ideas, initiatives, and authentic relationships gradually formed. Like a thread starting from the center and connecting further, village by village, the community continues to grow organically throughout Transylvania.
More than an entrepreneurial community, Her Network means:
It is a space for connection, collaboration, and trust, built around the values of mutual support, authenticity, and development.
We are delighted to discover and support the vibrant energy of these women. Each initiative brings with it a story, a vision, and the potential to create impact in the community.
You can join the community through a dedicated profile, with a description and representative images, gaining access to ideas, consultancy, and resources for rural development through the VIE HUB Ampoița office. You will also be able to participate in networking activities, collaborations, and joint initiatives.
