Avramii, roots and passions

We present to you Irina-Elena Avram, the initiator of “Avramii, roots and passions,” from Cricău.

The place of her childhood called her back 7 years ago. Irina invested in a plot of land with a house over 130 years old, in the center of Cricău village, just 17 km from Alba Iulia.

There, together with her family, she developed services and activities dedicated to families, children, and the community. From organizing private and public events – especially in the warm season, from May to September – to excursions and hikes for groups, everything is based on the desire to highlight the specific character of the area.

Through the “Avramii, roots and passions” initiative, Irina seeks to bring people from urban areas closer to rural life, to discover the beauty of the places, the roots, and the passions nearby.
Cricău is a village situated on a hill, with good people and an open community, which also hosts the Dacian Fortresses Festival. A place with energy, tradition, and potential.

In the coming period, she plans to implement a tourism and gastronomic project, designed to further explore the beauty of these lands and create authentic experiences for those who choose to visit.
Irina is a vibrant person, full of enthusiasm and color – and this is evident in every initiative she undertakes.

Alongside our project, she aims to clarify her business direction and develop new collaborations with women who, like her, have rural roots and build with courage and authenticity.
