Loredana Scrob

Today, we introduce Loredana Scrob, a career counselor from Hăpria, with roots in the Apuseni Mountains – a young woman connected to nature and people, dedicated to finding meaning in life and work.

Her professional journey has not been linear. For 7 years, she worked as a construction engineer until she felt that this path no longer represented her. A period of exploration and authentic searching followed, during which she discovered methods that respect each person’s pace and help them find their suitable direction.

Since 2023, Loredana has been guiding individual and group sessions for people who wish to overcome professional obstacles and build a path aligned with who they truly are.

Today, her work focuses on:

• meaningful work
• leveraging talents and skills
• exploring beyond what you already know
• building a concrete action plan

She naturally combines the logic and structure of an engineer with the intuition and depth of working with people, offering a space where everyone can clarify their direction and take real steps forward.

Loredana helps people discover their path and walk it with confidence.
