Bucate de Poșaga

Bucate de Poșaga was born out of the desire to preserve old culinary secrets in a new concept. Having been welcomed by this wonderful mountain village, I experienced here the true taste of gastronomic traditions. The concept is designed so that every tourist or passer-by can taste a little of the local flavour. With deep respect for the hardworking hands of our mothers and grandmothers, we wish to recreate the unhurried way in which Poșaga dishes used to be prepared.

Our project will open its steaming pots to tourists this summer (2026), and together with hardworking ladies from the area, we will delight the senses and offer a moment of calm to everyone who crosses our threshold. I look forward to welcoming you,
