Sophimage

Meet Cristina Nemes – the founder of Sophimage, based near Alba Iulia, in Mesentea.

Cristina has been working in design for over two decades. She studied Photo-Video and Image Processing at UAD Cluj and holds a master’s degree in advertising from UBB.
She passionately creates logos and animations, print materials – from small formats to large-scale productions –, websites and online stores, some with over 10,000 products. Recently, the most interesting challenges have come from product design, a new territory that has brought her fresh perspectives and creative energy.
Sophimage was born from the desire to transform good ideas into visible, clear, and relevant things – not sketches forgotten in a drawer.

Over time, Cristina has worked with startups just beginning their journey, with artists, musicians, politicians, as well as companies from diverse fields such as construction, tourism, real estate, industrial or food production.

Many collaborations have turned into long-term relationships, some even into friendships that have grown alongside the projects. Each experience has contributed to her evolution and the development of Sophimage.

Looking to the future, she wants to continue growing, learning, and actively contributing to the development of the community around her. She believes that good ideas deserve to be valued, and when they are crafted with care and professionalism, they can change things for the better.

She also believes that from the countryside – for those who resonate with this energy – one can work well, with solid roots, and what you create offers stability and harmony.
