We introduce you to Mirela – Mire L’azur – the initiator of The House of Plants project, from Poșaga de Jos. After 9 years of the project under the name The House of Plants, Mirela feels that the time has come for a realignment in accordance with her current values and vision.
Some time ago, the project won First Prize in the “Eco Journalism for a Clean Environment” competition for the article “The Plant House” — a recognition of its value and impact.
Recently, Mirela completed a Forest Medicine course, which offered her an ecosystemic perspective on how we relate: to ourselves, to others, to life, and to all living organisms that share this wonderful home with us – Mother Earth.
In this new framework, Mirela has integrated several ramifications of the same profound meaning: the recognition of medicinal and wild plants, how we use them, but also the energetic and archetypal imprint that each plant carries.
She seeks to reposition her course offerings and is trying to move further away from an egocentric perspective towards an ecocentric one, lived in the circle of life, as equals – human and plant – inspired by the philosophy of deep ecology. This transformation is increasingly taking shape through:
Mirela believes that we need not only physical nourishment, but also subtle, spiritual nourishment – a type of nourishment that helps us view ourselves through the lens of Art and Beauty.
In addition to physical workshops in nature, online courses will follow in the future, which will intertwine the theoretical dimension with forest immersion experiences, so that this vision can reach further.
Everyone has their own language and their own way of reaching it.
I use soul maps, which can be: arboreal, lunar, ecosystemic, to achieve inner alchemy. I guide people in nature, but all the work is hers, Mother Earth’s.
