Participants in the EmpowerHer project were asked to complete two questionnaires dedicated to well-being and entrepreneurial direction. Below, we present the responses received, because every voice helps shape the project’s direction more clearly and helps us better understand the community’s needs.
61.2% of respondents answered the question “Do you have access to an active community of rural women entrepreneurs?” by saying that “they do not have access to an active community,” while 67.7% said that having access to such a community is very important to them. This result highlights a real need for connection, support, and belonging within a community where women entrepreneurs can share experiences, resources, and common challenges.
75% of respondents clearly say that they want a space where regular meetings can be organized for:
50% of respondents said they would travel 0–50 km, and 25% would travel 50–100 km, to be physically present in a space such as VIE HUB | Village Community Space.
The data confirm the importance of building vibrant spaces for collaboration and networking, where professional development is supported through authentic relationships and mutual support.
The need for a dedicated space is clearly highlighted in the responses received. 80.6% of participants say they want such a meeting place, and 19.4% consider the idea important. No respondent chose the “No” option, which confirms genuine interest in an active community space.
The responses show that the environment we work in directly influences focus, creativity, and efficiency. A calm space, free from interruptions, supports both business development and well-being. At the same time, participants want more than just a simple workplace: they are looking for connection, mutual support, networking, and regular meetings dedicated to personal and entrepreneurial development.
Behind every successful business lies a complex structure of logistical challenges, as well as a profound need for personal balance. By analyzing your responses, we have outlined a clear picture of the priorities that define us at this moment, both at work and in moments of reconnection.
The business world comes with a clear set of administrative obstacles. For most of you, the financial area is the main challenge, indicated by 32.3% of respondents. Another major challenge is the digital & promotion component (41.9%), further proof that online visibility remains a strategic priority. At the same time, 12.9% feel the need to refine their story and brand positioning in the market, while 12.9% focus their efforts on optimizing their business model itself.
However, for the business model to work, the person behind it also needs to be WELL. An overwhelming 93.8% of you believe that nutrition directly influences well-being and entrepreneurial performance, confirming that the energy invested in business starts from within.
This attention to oneself is also reflected in a clear desire to disconnect and recover. Thus, 81.3% of entrepreneurs feel the need to integrate massage or relaxation therapies into their busy routine to combat daily stress. In addition to these physical practices, 43.8% of you are turning your attention to mindfulness and conscious breathing, seeking clarity and grounding in the present.
These numbers are not statistics.
They are signals. They are desires. They are real needs, and they show us that:
This is what we do at VIE HUB.
We build a living community.
A space that will be sustained by our energy, all of us together.
Because there is a real desire not to be alone.
Because development happens in communities.
Because women have the power to give birth to worlds
